The National Conference is dedicated to cancer patients, family and friends and was formed in 1984 by a few cancer patients. They realised the benefits and value of sharing knowledge and support with each other. The conference attracts a large number of delegates from cancer support groups, people on their own, health professionals and anyone who is dedicated to the cancer cause. It is recognised as being a leading event in cancer self help and support.
